Before you book

  • Yes, it is mandatory to reserve a time slot of 90 minutes and buy a ticket through our booking system. This ensures that it is not too crowded, and all players can have a great time.

  • You can enjoy all football activities for 90 minutes. You start the football activities at the time you have reserved your time slot. Make sure you check in 15 minutes before your starting time.

  • Yes, that’s possible. All the football activities in our Challenge Zone can be joined as an individual. However, activities in our Game Zone require at least 2 participants. It’s always possible to ask other players to participate or staff if they are available.

  • No, for example, if you visit us with two children and as an adult, you do not want to actively participate in the football activities, you don’t have to buy a ticket. However you do have add yourself as non-playing supervisor to the booking (max 2 per booking).

  • The recommended age to join the football activities is 6 years and up.

  • See footer for the current opening times.

    We are closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

  • Yes, that can be arranged upon request. Feel free to get in touch with us. However, the minimal group size has to consist of at least 20 people.

  • Make a reservation for the amount of kids invited. If the amount turns out to be lower than expected, you can adjust the booking, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the reservation.

    If you want to invite more children, this is only possibly if we are not fully booked, and always needs to be coordinated with us in advance.

  • Yes, that is possible. We provide plates and cutlery and take care of the dishes. We charge a one-time fee of €7.50 for this.

  • No, that’s not possible. The time you spend within the 90 minutes time slot on anything else, not being the football activities, is by choice.

    We recommend to have a cool down in our lounge upstairs after the 90 minutes of playing. Sit back, relax and have a refreshing beverage or tasty snack in our self service bar.

  • Up to 48 hours in advance, you can modify or cancel the reservation free of charge. Within 48 hours, there will be no refund for cancellations, also in case of a decrease in the number of participants.

    Want to add additional participants to your reservation? This is only possible if we are not fully booked and must be coordinated with us in advance.

  • Parking in front of Kickbase or our neighbours is not allowed. Free parking is available within a 3–5 minute walk.

    Weekdays: Parking is limited, so try:
    • Langs de Werf 3 (across from Kwik-Fit Amstelveen)
    • Grutterij (for example across from Isero Amstelveen Legmeer, or in the direction of the padel courts)
    • Spinnerij (along the tram tracks)

    Weekend: There is ample parking available at the locations mentioned above, and also at:
    • Touwslagerij (across from Club Nouvelle)
    • P+R Amstelveen Spinnerij
    • In front of the Municipality of Amstelveen (Langs de Werf, where electric vehicles can also be charged)

  • No, that’s not possible. The entrance ticket you have to buy online. If you would like to buy a drink or snack in our self service bar, you have to pay by debit card.

Plan your visit

  • We recommend coming by bike, e-bike, fat bike or cargo bike.

    Kickbase is also easily accessible by public transport. Tram 25 and bus lines 357 and 199 stop within a 5-minute walk.

    Traveling by car?

    Kickbase is easily accessible via the following major highways:

    • A2 (Utrecht – Amsterdam)

    • A4 (The Hague – Amsterdam)

    • A9 (Amsterdam – Haarlem), exit Amstelveen

    • Also nearby: A10, A100, A5, and N201

    The location is directly connected to the Bovenkerkerweg, a main road linking Amstelveen with Amsterdam.

  • For your safety and comfort during physical activities, we suggest wearing suitable athletic sport shoes (trainers). Shoes with studs (cleats) or high heels are not allowed.

  • Absolutely! Our friendly and helpful staff will explain how all the challenges work.

  • No, we supply a ball as part of your reservation. The balls need to stay at the activity, as these are customized and designated balls and have various sizes.

  • No, we are sorry. However only support and guide dogs are permitted inside Kickbase. Unfortunately, all other pets are not allowed.

Before you arrive

  • No, unfortunately, we do not have separate changing rooms and showers. Make sure you wear the appropriate sports outfit and footwear upon arriving.

  • No, that’s not allowed. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing outside food into our facility. You can buy a drink or snack in our self service bar upstairs.

    If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify our staff in advance during check-in.

  • Kickbase maintains a smoke-free and vape-free environment, also outside our venue.

  • You are welcome to capture footage of yourself or your group playing. However, any footage that includes other players would need to be reviewed and approved by our staff before distribution.
